Netcore Backup & Recovery

Netcore maintains backups of all dedicated Web site management server files in a secure offsite storage facility. In fact, Netcore provides daily incremental backups and weekly full backups for all customers data.
If data loss does occur, for reasons beyond a customer’s control, Netcore will restore files at no charge. In addition, Netcore offers a service to restore recent files or directories that have been deleted by mistake.
Netcore recovery measures also include:
- Redundant SOC facilities
- Quick replacement of damaged servers
- Optional failover services between East and West Coast Web Site Management facilities
